Axentia is a player in the social housing sector, managing a portfolio of 200 specialized housing establishments (EHPAD and themed establishments).
The CIO team
The Information Systems department, headed by Patrick, was created in 2019.
To support Tracking of the entire Projects portfolio, “project manager” referents have been identified among all users.
The major challenges facing the CIO
- Support the company’s strong growth: doubling of assets, fivefold increase in Headcount, opening of national branches
- Restructuring obsolete information systems
- Giving a new framework and a new lease of life to existing Teams
- Ensure the elasticity of systems and Teams (additional Resources)
- Implement the Digital transformation plan with an ambitious master plan:
- Data security
- Provision of reporting tools for real-time activity tracking
- Digitizing processes to streamline interactions between Teams and stakeholders and make day-to-day life easier
- Optimizing asset management
- Build up the management of the entire portfolio and involve users in the “Projects” culture, ensure reporting to management.
