Why Abraxio?
We have chosen to implement a control solution in order to :
- Better steer our projects and project portfolios;
- Industrialize our reporting ;
- Centralize data and information related to our Projects;
- Manage Workload plans for our employees and Teams.
What made you choose Abraxio over another solution?
- Its ability to cover most of our needs;
- Its “turnkey” nature, with different modules ready for use in no time at all;
- Its ease of use and ergonomics;
- Relations with Abraxio Teams in the pre-sales phase.
So what do you do with the platform?
At present, we mainly use the Projects portfolio and Activity modules, as well as the Management module (Workload plans and Time sheets).
What has Abraxio replaced?
Abraxio has replaced :
- Our Excel file for tracking our Projects portfolio;
- Our schedules in Excel or MS Project.
- Some Projects meetings no longer necessary
Abraxio offers us new possibilities, such as :
- Planning and budget management for our Projects.
- Project reporting with Flash Reports ;
- Management of our employees’ and Teams’ Workload plans;
What does Abraxio do for you on a day-to-day basis?
- Steer our projects and project portfolios more easily and efficiently;
- A unique tool for planning Projects, managing Budgets and reporting;
- Steer the workload of our employees and Teams using Capacity planning.
If you had to remember 3 benefits of Abraxio?
- Save time on a daily basis thanks to its functionalities and ergonomics;
- Provide visibility on the progress of Projects;
- Centralize and secure our data in an adapted solution.
What do you appreciate most about Abraxio?
- Its ease of use.
If you had to remember 3 key words or ideas to describe Abraxio, what would they be?
I’d say simplicity, efficiency and “all in one”.
Is it true that there’s a before and after to Abraxio?
Yes, that’s right!
- Before: several tools to steer our business, with no link between them.
- After: a single solution to cover all our needs, both in terms of Projects and Teams management.
Can you give us an example of a mission/task you’ve done completely differently with Abraxio?
- Projects Reporting: in the past, we didn’t have a defined format. We used to produce our Reporting in PowerPoint or by e-mail. Now Abraxio makes it easy for us to produce highly visual Flash Reports.
- Project portfolio management (PPM): before, we used an Excel file with several hundred rows and dozens of columns. It was very tedious to feed and maintain. Now, with Abraxio, it’s much simpler and more usable.
And tomorrow? What are your ambitions for the future with Abraxio?
Our goal is to implement :
- the “Finance” module to enable us to steer the CIO’s overall budget;
- the “Tasks” module for assigning and tracking tasks to employees.
If you were to recommend Abraxio to another CIO, what would you say?
If you’re looking for a solution that’s easy to implement, easy to use and that effectively meets the needs of a CIO, then Abraxio is for you!
