Concrete commitments in line with our values
At Abraxio, we prefer action to rhetoric. Our ambition is to implement tangible initiatives that generate a positive impact. We’re proud of the progress we’ve already made.

ABRAXIO x EDEN School: CSR that makes sense

Since September 2024, we’ve been committed to EDEN School, the only school in France to train web developers right out of3ème.
An association recognized by the French Ministry of Education as being in the public interest, based in Paris and Lyon, EDEN School stands out for its inclusive pedagogy, adapted to students with special educational needs (ADHD, DYS…), and its accessibility without means-testing, even free of charge thanks to the support of its sponsors.
Why this choice?
At Abraxio, we want to assert ourselves as a committed and responsible player in our sector, and we believe that digital must be a vector of opportunity for all.
Through EDEN School, we contribute to :
- combating the digital skills shortage, a challenge that particularly affects our sector
- give every young person, whatever their background, the opportunity to enter a promising career.
It’s a cause that’s supportive, positive, meaningful and high-impact.
Our actions
- Financial sponsorship
- Sponsorship of2nd year students by Abraxio employees to help them discover the codes of work and the business world.
- Skills sponsorship through workshops and professional lunches
- Customer referral program : for every customer who recommends Abraxio to one of his or her peers and leads to a new collaboration, we make a €500 donation on behalf of the sponsoring customer to Eden School to help finance a student’s schooling. It’s an opportunity to amplify our collective impact in favor of a cause of solidarity, one that is meaningful and has a concrete impact for our CIOs, and to share it actively with our Abraxio community!
Surpassing ourselves and bringing the team to life through sport
Surpassing ourselves is one of our core values. Our employees demonstrate this every day, not only through their professional commitment, but also through their personal passions, particularly sport, with determined, combative sportsmen and women among us, who take on challenges with a great state of mind. To support this dynamic, we encourage the practice of sport by sponsoring participation in emblematic races.
In 2024, 11 Abraxio employees took part in the 3 races (marathon, half, 10 km) of the RUN’INLYON, while others cheered them on along the way. Performance, enthusiasm and a real team spirit, with runners becoming supporters and vice-versa, motivating each other to excel. The 2025 edition is already in the pipeline, and other sporting challenges await the volunteers throughout the year.
On a more regular basis, and for everyone, we encourage informal moments of sharing and conviviality: Monday morning breakfasts to get the week off to a good start, afterworks, teambuilding activities…

A proactive HR policy
As an employer, our primary responsibility is to create an environment conducive to the fulfillment of our employees and the development of their skills. Our actions focus on several key areas:

- Developing collective skills :
We want to be a learning organization, enabling everyone to grow and progress, and to help us achieve this, we run the Abraxio Academy, a fortnightly meeting that brings together all our employees to share skills or reflect together – across all professions – on cross-functional topics. Topics covered include: IT culture and challenges, IT professions and use cases in Abraxio, sharing expertise, brainstorming…
In addition, the product team runs the ” Tech Academy “, a continuous learning and emulation space for developers, including technical point-sharing and code reviews.
- Improving benefits:
In line with the company’s growth, we are gradually enriching the social package, notably with the introduction of luncheon vouchers in 2023 and the introduction of RTT days from 2025.
Encouraging “Made in France”
At Abraxio, we’re all about “Made in France”!
On our own scale, we make sure to combine development with local roots: we create jobs in Lyon, and whenever possible, we call on and give priority to partners or suppliers from our ecosystem and our region. It’s a way of contributing to more virtuous growth, which also involves making our region more dynamic and attractive!
