As a CIO, you address many fundamental issues, but what are your day-to-day irritants and difficulties?

Given Eurea’s multi-company organization, I deal with a very large volume of invoices, multiplied by a large number of suppliers. Even if, over time, I manage to rationalize and contain it, tracking can be quite time-consuming.

Tracking alone is not enough: you need to be able to extract the right KPIs, the right areas of analysis: what are the costs by supplier, by type of purchase, by business line, by company… A complex challenge when data is so fragmented.

Why Abraxio?

To replace the big Excel file I inherited with fifty tabs and from which it was almost impossible to get anything!

Quite apart from the joke, I was looking for a solution that would make it easier for me to manage my CIO’s budget and communicate with my General Management. A tool that would enable me to ask the right questions. For example: how much do telecoms cost overall, and is there not a simplification or massification project to be carried out to reduce costs? Aren’t we spreading ourselves too thin with too many suppliers?

That’s what Abraxio brings me. I was one of the first customers; I quickly felt that the solution was going to be a real thorn in my side…

What do you do with the platform?

Abraxio is always open, and is really my day-to-day assistant for managing and steering my department, which it has made so much easier.

In a very concrete way, I control the evolution and execution of my expenses. With Abraxio, I can link my invoices to an expenditure schedule, and even link them to my Projects. So I can constantly check that they are in line with forecasts, and be alerted in the event of overruns or anomalies.

Tomorrow, I’ll be doing the same with my Projects and Project portfolio. The Projects module is really well-designed, bringing a lot of common sense, simplicity and cross-functionality by being associated with the Budgets module, so that we can work in continuity without dissociating the two aspects. This helps to modernize IS management and inject a new dynamic into the team.

If you had to remember 3 benefits of Abraxio?

In line with the above, for all CIO management, Abraxio brings a great deal of security, time savings since all information is at your fingertips, and therefore quality.

Asset2: Abraxio simplifies and automates CIO steering. The Abraxio platform really helps you formulate the right KPIs. Of course, this doesn’t mean you don’t need to define your analysis categories beforehand and enter your data correctly, but once you’ve done that, everything’s simple. And the reports and Dashboards are ready to use and send! One click and you’ve got it all.

This naturally leads to the3rd benefit: Abraxio facilitates and accelerates my decision-making, in conjunction with my management: with the right KPIs, we save a considerable amount of time and make our decisions much more efficient.

A final word in conclusion?

To sum up what we said: Abraxio provides secure management and a global view of spending, enabling me to make the right decisions. An invaluable ally for my CIO!
