Background
The organization
implid is a major player in the fields of accountancy, law and business consultancy. implid was the first group to bring together chartered accountants, statutory auditors, legal experts, lawyers, notaries, court commissioners, as well as consultants and recruiters. The group employs 900 people in nearly forty offices.
The CIO team
The implid CIO has around twenty employees divided into several Teams: technical, applications, data, cyber and AI. It has been ISO 27001 certified since 2025.
The major challenges facing the CIO
- Supporting the digital transformation of all the Group’s businesses, particularly in the areas of data, security, risk assessment and AI.
- Support the Group’s external growth by integrating new companies
The need
In a demanding environment, support the assumption of a new position by structuring, making reliable and manageable all CIO activities (Budgets, Projects, Suppliers), while raising the level of maturity of Teams and Businesses.
