The CIO team
80 people based in France and Tunisia; in addition to publishing an ERP dedicated to personal services, the CIO carries out more traditional tasks such as Managed services, support, Project management and expertise.
The major challenges facing the CIO
Support the OUI CARE group’s digital transformation, in particular by reviewing processes and adapting the group’s software solutions to the realities of 2024.
The need
A tool to steer and explain the real costs of the CIO, as efficient for day-to-day operational management as for the macro vision communicated to management (DAF, DG, Comex, CoDir).
