The CIO team
A team of 13 people organized into 7 Teams: Operations & Projects, Retail, Digital, Project Management, Testing, BI, Technical Support, Stores and Headquarters.
The major challenges facing the CIO
- Mastering an IS with broad functional coverage due to the company’s commercial scope (omnichannel sales)
- Steer a complex, detailed and Agility master plan (collisons, evolutions, updates, market tracking) and monitor its financial, functional and technical stakes.
The need
A tool to speed up and make more efficient the annual tracking of the CIO’s Budgets, and to focus on the added value of the budgetary exercise.

Thanks to Abraxio, I was able to demonstrate that with the IS I inherited (made up of 2/3 MCO and 1/3 Projects), simply turning the key on January 1 is going to cost so much, and that we won’t escape this without fundamental changes in certain areas.
