The company
The Académie de Normandie was officially created on January 1, 2020 from the academies of Rouen and Caen. It groups together 60,000 agents for 600,000 students, from kindergarten to high school. This merger of 2 academies, which poses numerous IT challenges, is a national 1st.

“I chose Abraxio when the CIOs of the Académies de Caen and Rouen merged to form the Académie de Normandie. I’ve always been in the habit of presenting the DAF of the rectorat with budget execution reports, which give a clear picture of the Budgets forecasted and consumed. It’s an important transparency exercise to build trust. The same applies to the project portfolio: to share the challenges effectively, we need to be able to show management the human resources mobilized for a given project, and assess its budgetary impact.
With the merger project, it was necessary to centralize the Budgets and Projects of two CIOs in a high-performance tool, which was also compatible with the Chorus nomenclature.
