Lyon-based start-up Abraxio, which offers an innovative management solution for IT departments (CIOs), announces the arrival of Eléa Bertin as Director of Human Resources. This is a strategic move to support the company’s rapid growth and structure its Teams, in a context of sustained expansion.
At the age of 33, Eléa Bertin has ten years’ experience in Human Resources, working for fast-growing tech companies, with operational and managerial responsibility for all HR issues: recruitment, training and talent development, career and performance management, supporting managers, structuring HR processes.
Seduced by Abraxio’s entrepreneurial project and by the impact of the solution dedicated to CIOs, Eléa Bertin intends to contribute actively to Abraxio’s development: “I am keen to evolve in a company where growth goes hand in hand with high standards and sincere attention to people. A career anchored in fast-growing tech companies
Before joining Abraxio, Eléa Bertin worked in fast-growing companies requiring a solid HR structure:
- At Klanik, an engineering consultancy, she supported the growth of a branch that went from 0 to 80 employees in five years.
- AtAgicap, a cash management software vendor, she held HR Business Partner positions for tech profiles, then sales, support and Customer Success functions, against a backdrop of international growth for this Lyon-based scale-up.
In 18 months, Abraxio has seen its Headcount grow significantly with 16 recent recruitments, from 22 employees at the beginning of 2024 to 38 today. By reinforcing its HR function with an experienced profile, Abraxio is continuing its structuring and equipping itself with the Resources it needs to meet its ambitions, both in France and internationally.
