What does our name mean? Between mythology, etymology and literature, it covers several dimensions, sometimes surprising, but all of which make sense!
For the record, the most fervent fans of a young sorcerer’s apprentice with glasses will first recognize a pointed reference to a noble winged savior horse, symbol and alliance of robustness and speed… So many assets that we wish to bring to the CIOs who place their trust in us.
In the same vein, “Abrax” simply waved a magic wand over the world of IT (“IO”). In fact, many of the CIOs we work with tell us that they see Abraxio as the solution that has almost miraculously transformed their business, making their CIOs more efficient and more open…
More seriously, Abraxio is a reference to value – Axio in Greek. Firstly, because we are convinced of the value that the CIO brings to the company. And secondly, because we do everything in our power to ensure that our solution also creates value for CIOs.
It’s only a short step from our name to our raison d’être, and our ambition is very much in line with our roots: we created Abraxio to give CIOs wings, and we’re still growing!
